Job title: Induction Administrator

Role Overview

• The role will include handling and management of sensitive MOSAIC On-Boarding and Main Works Contractor (MWC)Legacy data

• Work collaboratively with other members of the COF team to ensure the smooth running of the facility

• Liaise with MWC Training Manager and the Induction Booking team members

• Working hours - 7am - 10am daily Monday to Friday. Occasionally, there might be a requirement to work a full day.


• Assist employees working on the Tideway contract with the On-boarding booking process

• To represent the MWC and ensure the competence of personnel joining the Tideway West section

• Process employees through On-boarding including the H&S touch screen test

• Liaise with EPIC supervisor regarding completed on-boarding processes

• Liaise with Occupational Health Nurses regarding Drugs and Alcohol test results and inform named team members of the MWC

• Ensure MOSAIC records are completed and processed for all inducted personnel working on Tideway West section

• Create reports as required such as; Fail to attend records

• Ensure qualification expiry information from MOSAIC is cascaded to the MWC Training Manager

• Enter all necessary Induction details onto MOSAIC. This includes retrospective work to catch up on existing staff and manage the process thereafter

• Develop & maintain the Mosaic system and MWC competence records

• Assisting the Administrator and Supervisor with general office duties at the induction centre

• Manage day to day queries including general public enquiries

• Represent Tideway in first contact with new employees and contractors

• Able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve deadlines

• Good level of written and spoken English

Experience & Knowledge

• Data entry experience

• Experience in handling sensitive information in line with the Data Protection Act

• Relevant experience of training and competence schemes

• IT Package skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and web based learning management systems)

• Experience with databases and input and management of data

Qualifications & Skills

• High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
